At the heart of the space, the cellar speaks for itself. Its selection reflects the family’s vision, including some of their most celebrated bottles — and sets the tone for everything that follows. It sets the tone and creates a natural bridge into Verdot.

Part of a contemporary dining scene that holds its own among the world’s great cities, MIO is rooted in Recoleta and has something distinct to say.
Verdot opens toward the cellar and inner patio, where wine sets the tone and afternoons ease into evening. Rufino begins down the stairs, where fire-led Argentine cooking takes center stage.

Inspired by Petit Verdot, once a blending grape and now a varietal with its own presence, the wine sets the tone here. The kitchen, led by Pablo Busso, builds around it.

Indoor and patio seating
Verdot reflects the side of Recoleta locals value most: a neighborhood long associated with some of Buenos Aires’ most iconic dining rooms, historic cafés, and cultural landmarks.
Tradition matters here, but so does expertise. The cellar sits at the center of it all, shaping the wine list and guiding every glass from the first to the last.
Lunch focuses on seasonal ingredients and composed plates designed to pair naturally with the wine list. As the afternoon moves into evening, attention turns to the cellar. The selection brings together
Argentine producers and international labels, chosen for balance, structure, and character.
Verdot has earned its place within Recoleta’s dining scene — a neighborhood with a long-standing appreciation for good food and well-chosen wine, and a destination worth visiting in its own right.

Argentina as we eat it today. Honest, fire-led, and full of character. Classic flavors revisited with a precise, contemporary touch.

Seasonal Argentine Produce
Rufino builds its kitchen around fire and exceptional produce. Signature cuts are at the center of the menu, alongside vegetables that follow the season and fresh pasta prepared daily.
This is Argentine cooking seen through a contemporary lens. The menu is designed for sharing, the way meals unfold around an Argentine table.
As you descend the stairs, the atmosphere shifts. The room narrows, the light changes, and the table becomes the focus. Dinner at Rufino is centered on the essentials: exceptional produce, proper technique, and food designed for sharing.
