Up here, the city softens.
Your pace follows.
On the 8th floor, above the movement of Recoleta, the day begins to shift. The streets continue below, traffic flows, conversations rise and dissolve, but here the atmosphere changes. You arrive still carrying the city in your shoulders, in your breathing, in the cadence of your thoughts.
Then the space intervenes.
Warm air loosens what has tightened. Steam rises slowly and settles into the body. Water holds its temperature, steady and contained. The pace that felt urgent a moment ago begins to reorganize itself. Breathing deepens. Movements slow. Attention returns to the present.
This floor becomes the interval between where Buenos Aires carried you and where you decide to go next. Not an escape from the city, but a recalibration within it.
Up here, the pace is yours again.

Located on the top floor
A heated indoor pool anchors the space. The steam sauna works gradually through the muscles. The relaxation lounge offers a place to sit before or after treatments. A natural infusion bar provides fresh fruit, nuts, and herbal teas — simple things that restore without overcomplicating.
Private treatment rooms host facial and body therapies, as well as manual techniques combined with aromatherapy and Eastern practices. The massage menu ranges from deeply relaxing to de-stressing and stimulating, each designed to restore physical balance after a full day of walking, meetings, or simply being in the city.
Overlooking Recoleta from the upper level, the space combines natural light with open city views.
Life Fitness equipment includes treadmill, bike, and elliptical. Free weights, stretching tools, stability ball, trampoline, and yoga mats complete the setup. Everything you need for a full session, or a warm-up before taking to the streets of Buenos Aires.
